Hello! I'm Vic, a Sports Massage Therapist, a Personal Trainer, a realist, a down to earth 80s child who loves a bumbag! I live and help run our family farm in Dial Post. You will find me either in the Vicfit Gym, Running the trails, looking after the Vicfit canine members, working on the farm or helping care for my lovely mum. I specialise in Full body workout plans to fit in with your needs and goals as well as sports massage to help you to recover, repair and maintain.

S.H.I.I.T - Special High intensity interval training
Push yourself in short sharp burst, boost cardio, burn calories and build endurance.

My Massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissues that are caused from repetitive and strenuous activities. I have found that a regular massage enhances body performance, aids recovery and prevents injuries

A virtual personal training option for members that travel for work or don't have the opportunity to attend face to face sessions or classes. There are various packages for you to choose from to allow you to start your VicFit virtual journey

One to one personal training 6 sessions - £120 T&C

One to one personal training - payg £30 per session

All classes - prepay 6 classes for £48 (T&C) or £10 payg

Use of gym prebook hour slots £5 per session

Membership

£35 DD per month
includes 4 classes per month
and 4 hours use of gym (T&C)
