Helping you work out a fitness programme to fit in with your life and to set short and long term goals. Ill motivate, coach you in how to follow your programmes safely and effectively whilst giving you advice on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes
Sports Massage Therapy
My Massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissues that are caused from repetitive and strenuous activities. I have found that a regular massage enhances body performance, aids recovery and prevents injuries

A virtual personal training option for members that travel for work or don't have the opportunity to attend face to face sessions or classes. There are various packages for you to choose from to allow you to start your VicFit virtual journey
